Meelance is dedicated to keeping its professional network safe, fair, and bug-free. Learn how to report technical issues, behavior violations, and copyright concerns.

1.Submit a Report

Use this form for product issues, account problems, or anything that needs support review.

2.Report a Bug

If you encounter technical issues, unexpected behaviors, or visual issues, submit a bug report:

  • Note the page URL and describe the step-by-step actions that caused the bug.
  • Note your operating system, browser version, and if possible, take screenshots.
  • Submit the details via the Contact Form selecting Technical Issue.

3.Report a User

Meelance maintains professional community guidelines. If a user is engaging in harassment, presenting fake profiles, or pitching scam projects, you must report them:

  1. Go to the user's profile.
  2. Click the options menu (three dots) and select Report Profile.
  3. State the violation category and provide supporting details or evidence.

4.Report Content

To report inappropriate posts, job listings, messaging content, or portfolio assets:

Content featuring nudity, hate speech, threats, scams, spam, or copyright violations is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal.

Click the report flag icon directly next to the post/asset or use the Contact Form under Report a User/Content.

If your copyrighted work has been posted without authorization, please file a DMCA takedown request:

  • Identify the copyrighted work being infringed.
  • Provide direct links to the infringing asset on Meelance.
  • Attach your contact details and legal signature.

Send formal notifications directly to help@meelance.com.

6.Safety Concerns

For urgent threats to safety, account compromise warnings, or major data leaks:

Emergency Line: Contact help@meelance.com immediately for priority review.

7.Tracking Report Status

All reports are checked by community moderators within 24 hours. Once reviewed, you will receive an automated dashboard notification and email stating the resolution actions taken.
