User Agreement.

This User Agreement governs your access to and use of Meelance's services.

1.Introduction

Meelance is a cutting-edge networking platform designed specifically for professionals in the media, entertainment, and events industries. Our mission is to empower users by providing tools that facilitate meaningful connections, showcase talents, and discover job opportunities.

1.1 Contracting Entity

If you are using Meelance's services while residing in the United States or any other region outside the EEA, United Kingdom, France, or Switzerland, your agreement is with Meelance Inc., a corporation headquartered in the United States.

1.2 Modifications

Meelance reserves the right to update, amend, or revise this User Agreement from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you either by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email to the address you provided during registration.

2.Your Obligations

2.1 Eligibility

To use Meelance, you must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this User Agreement.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, including your password, secure and confidential.

• ✓Notify Meelance immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
• ✕Do not share your account credentials with others.

3.User Conduct and Community Guidelines

Meelance fosters a community of professionals within the media, entertainment, and creative industries. You agree not to engage in behavior that is discriminatory, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or offensive.

3.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on Meelance:

• Posting content that violates copyright or trademark laws
• Sharing confidential or sensitive information without authorization
• Using the platform to solicit or engage in fraudulent activities
• Posting misleading, false, or harmful information about yourself or others
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's algorithm or features for personal gain

4.Intellectual Property Rights

Users retain full ownership over content uploaded to Meelance, such as their portfolio images, videos, and project submissions. However, users must ensure that they have the right to upload and share such content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

5.Payments and Premium Services

Meelance offers premium services that enhance the user experience, including advanced portfolio features, priority job postings, and access to exclusive networking events. These services are available on a subscription basis.

6.Limitation of Liability

Meelance provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meelance and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

7.Termination of Account

You have the right to terminate your account with Meelance at any time by following the procedures outlined in your account settings. Upon termination, your profile and any public content you have posted on the platform will be removed.

8.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This User Agreement and your use of Meelance are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Meelance is headquartered. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this agreement must be brought exclusively in the courts located there.
